SHIELD had a presence during

Now that Sam Wilson has officially assumed that identity, it doesn’t seem like it’s something that Marvel Studios is planning on answering any time soon. Another mystery from
Avengers: Endgame that has only really been prevalent in Phase 4 is that the public appears to know too many details about the last stand against Thanos despite the fight taking place privately in the Avengers’ Upstate facility.
