Jon Kent’s Superman is inspired to assemble a new roster of heroes to have in place against the Great Darkness comes to Earth, leading him to Brazil, where he tries to recruit Yara Flor’s Wonder Girl. However, after being rejected by the hero, Jayce Fox’s Batman, Sojourner Mullein’s Green Lantern, multiple Flashes, Peacemaker, Vixen, and Firestorm, Superman manages to find a handful of heroes to join him as new members of the Justice League.,While the new Justice League has some formidable members including Supergirl, Aquaman, Dr. Light, and Damian Wayne’s Robin, the rest of the roster comprises several oddball heroes. Out-of-the-box selections include Frankenstein, Killer Frost, Harley Quinn, Booster Gold, and both Blue Beetles. Black Adam tells Superman he’s made a team of children, questioning his picks and calling the team “no Justice League.” However, Superman believes in his group of heroes and is firmly behind them as he’s determined to have good heroes make up the new Justice League. How Frankenstein Killer Frost, and Harley Quinn qualify as “good heroes” fluctuates heavily depending on their allegiances.,Is the new Justice League one of the strongest teams ever assembled? No. Are the roster of heroes also relatively inexperienced compared to the recently demised team? Yes. Can they all be trusted? That’s debatable But, amid a Dark Crisis, the Earth needs heroes, and Superman did his best to fill the Justice League with people he could depend on. The Justice League is in flux, as the final roster replacing the dead heroes will probably change in the future. But for now, the current team is Earth’s best defense.,
